Radio Warrington featured President of The
George Formby Society Gerry Mawdsley and
Assistant Treasurer Neil Forshaw on The
Arts Show on Thursday 05 April 2018.
Neil and Gerry spent a very entertaining
hour discussing the world of George
Formby with Arts Show presenter Andy
Green. Gerry also sang some Formby on
both his wooden ukulele and his banjo-uke and
listeners would have gained much from their
informative discussion.
I have split the time Gerry and Neil spent on the two-hour show in to
seven parts so that you can listen to the whole of Gerry and Neil’s
recording over a period.
