Welcome to the world of Banjo Ukulele
Welcome to the Banjo Ukulele website which was lovingly created over a period of time in the late
1990’s by the much missed Dennis Taylor. Dennis built the site because of his love for George Formby
and the instrument that George played, the ukulele banjo.
The pages were re-created in January 2019 but the words and images are all from the original site.
Dennis Taylor is sadly no longer with us. The pages are kept on site as a tribute to Dennis’ work in
building original Banjo Ukulele website and his monumental work as President of the George Formby
Society between 1992 to 2006.
